3. Personalized and Custom Products

ZEYZEY offers personalized, engraved, made-to-order, and custom products.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order.

• Fingerprints

We generally produce personalized items according to the information submitted with your order.

ZEYZEY is not responsible for mistakes contained in personalization information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will try to make the requested change if production has not begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once production of a personalized or custom product has started, the order may no longer be changed or canceled.

Personalized and custom products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Customer-Submitted Artwork and Content

When you provide us with photographs, fingerprints, handwriting, logos, artwork, graphics, text, designs, or other materials for personalization, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and provide those materials.

You represent that your submitted materials do not violate another person's:

You grant ZEYZEY a limited right to use the submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
